10. 100-word story.

Velmora sits in the middle of a pentagram, her eyes closed as she mutters words under her breath, the pentagram starts to glow as she is lifted into the air. She doesn't react. Her face was neutral, just pure joy. The candles go out, she continues the idea that this is dangerous, never passing her thoughts. She opens her eyes as the glowing stops, and she lands on her feet. She looks around the room, disheartened that it didn't work. She slumps back down on the floor just as the basement door opens. "Velmora food." It worked. Joe is back.
